
The course is broken down into 10 modules.
Each module is a short video, followed by a range of questions with multiple choice answers.
Each module has three attempts, if you get it wrong you simply watch the video again and have another go.

- Do not attempt to open the Exam on a chrome book OR Chrome Browser.

- Browser: EDGE Up to date (NOT Chrome / Safari / Firefox etc)
- Video: Up to date video drivers
- Memory: 8Gb+ RAM

Duration times on courses are an estimate based on the amount of video content shown and is rounded off. It does not account in any way for loading time or thinking time on the questions. Please allow yourself at least 25% extra time than stated.
All courses can be paused, if you need to take a break or wish to do part of the course at one time. Exams if taken cannot be paused. Some courses have modules, and you can only go to the next module once the previous module has been completed.
In the event that you fail a module, we can reset it for you up to 3 attempts. After the 3 resets have been used a further unsuccessful attempt in the module will cause the course to lock and a full resit would be required. The resit of the course will be charged at the standard price of the course.
All courses will provide you with results and electronic certificates. No hard copies are provided.
After a course has been purchased, an account is created for the candidate. Upon first log in, candidates are asked to confirm the spelling of their name. Once the name has been confirmed by candidates this cannot be changed. Any requests for name changes cannot be actioned, to rectify name changes a new course must be purchased at full price and completed again under the correct name.
If an exam is included in your course you will be required to present ID at the point of examination. A list of acceptable ID’s for Video Tile exams can be found here.
Once a course has been started and technical support is required then you can contact VideoTile Learning via support@videotile.co.uk.
For the Level 1 Health Safety and Environment Exams that are sat via the Video Tile Online Learning System must adhere to the exam conditions shown before starting your exam. If these rules are not followed then a re-booking fee of £149.00 will apply, if you are to appeal this and we provide evidence of a unsuccessful appeal then a full Course fee of £149.00 will apply.
A re-exam fee of £75.00 applies for a retest due to an unsuccessful result.
There are ten modules, of which you will have three attempts at each, giving you a total of thirty attempts at the modules in total, in addition to this we are able to unlock the modules a total of three time(s).
Any further locks can not be undone and you will need to purchase a new set of modules at a fee of £75.00.
On completion of the exam ETA awards and Video Tile review the exam and issue the Certificate direct to your registered account email, this process can take up to 15 working days. We are unable to override or speed up this process for any reason.
